About the Builder Michael J. Benigni At a very young age, Mike was interested in architecture and building. Armed with an educational background in drafting and engineering he built his first home in 1984. He completed all the work himself with the exception of the foundation work. Since then, he has overseen the construction of nearly 100 homes. He is very proficient in all aspects of the construction industry. From laying tile to installing crown molding, custom built-ins to finish painting, his twenty-five years of experience has placed him in a position to bring out the best in his great subcontractor base. His hobby has turned into his livelihood and all that know him attest to his passion and love for the industry. His undying pursuit of perfection sets him apart from the rest. Mike is a state Certified Building Contractor licensed to build both commercial and residential projects throughout the state of Florida. He is a member of the National and Tampa Bay Builder’s Associations. He frequents many of the meetings and is consistently furthering his education in the industry.
